Kick-Off Meeting

The kick-off meeting of the RES – The Role of Entrepreneurship in Sports project was held in Brabrand, Denmark, on 17–18 March 2023. Partners reviewed project management and financial planning, explored the Sport Entrepreneurship Guide and Blended Mobility program, and agreed on dissemination strategies and future tasks, marking a strong start to the project.

Mid-Term Meeting

The online mid-term meeting of the RES – The Role of Entrepreneurship in Sports project was held on 4 July 2023. Partners reviewed the Final Research Report, shared results from the blended mobility in Denmark, and discussed the completion of the Sport Entrepreneurship Guide and local conferences. Dissemination strategies and next steps were agreed upon, with emphasis on collaboration, deadlines, and effective communication to ensure quality outcomes.

Final Evaluation Meeting

The final meeting took place on 22nd of May 2024, it marked the successful closure of the RES project, confirming the strong collaboration among partners, the effective dissemination of results, and a sustainable plan to ensure lasting impact.

Blended Mobility for Young People – Future Sport Entrepreneurs

N° of participants: 16 young people 4  per partner organization

Age: 18-30

Profile:

          – Migrant background who are interested in sport entrepreneurship

          – basic interest for communication and entrepreneurship.

          – Basic knowledge of the internet

The blended mobility of the RES – The Role of Entrepreneurship in Sports project was hosted in Brabrand, Denmark, from 31 May to 5 June 2023. Youth workers from partner countries took part in interactive activities combining non-formal learning, entrepreneurship training, teamwork, and intercultural exchange. Through workshops, local entrepreneur visits, business idea development, and creative tasks such as video production, participants strengthened their entrepreneurial skills and gained new perspectives on sports entrepreneurship. The program concluded with evaluations, Youthpass certificates, and an intercultural night, highlighting both personal and professional growth.

SFG Denmark’s conference, held on the 18th of December 2023, brought together 35 participants. The event aimed to showcase the RES Project’s achievements and discuss the impact of non-formal education. Activities included presentations on project goals and results, interactive discussions on Erasmus+ programs, and networking sessions. The event also focused on the role of stakeholders in enhancing societal contributions through entrepreneurial and educational initiatives.

Local Dissemination Conference in Italy

MV International organized a local conference in Sassari, Italy on 18th of May 2024, with the participation of 50 individuals. The event focused on discussing the outcomes of the RES Project and sharing insights into the implementation of non-formal education methods through Erasmus+ projects. The conference included interactive sessions led by project coordinators and youth workers, emphasizing group dynamics and active participation. The agenda covered project presentations, Erasmus+ opportunities, and stakeholder discussions on societal contributions and future collaborations.

GEO CLUB held its local conference in Bucharest on 26th of February 2024 with 33 participants. The event was structured to engage stakeholders from various sectors, including NGOs and educational institutions. The program featured ice-breaking activities, project presentations, and discussions on how Erasmus+ initiatives can benefit the community. Participants were encouraged to actively engage in group discussions and share their perspectives on future project implementations and collaborations.

HEY organized two significant events in Malmö,Sweden. The first event on 23rd January 2024 attracted 19 young people, while the second event on 22nd March 2024 saw the participation of 30 young residents, youth workers, trainers, volunteers, and staff from associated NGOs like IFALL and Mobilizing Expertise. The conferences were structured into three parts: an introduction to Hello Youth and non-formal education, a detailed presentation of the Erasmus+ program and project specifics, and stakeholder presentations focusing on societal contributions and future collaboration opportunities. The events also included interactive activities such as bingo mingles, object hunter activities, and a cultural exchange via a Kahoot questionnaire.
